Make A Signup Sheet

Instructions

4. Open a new text box. It should be slightly smaller then the page. It should also have no visible outline. Inside the text box, write the word 'name' and the word 'phone' in capital letters. Hit "Enter" twice. Then hold down the shift key and the dash key to make an underline.
