Hud Regulations For Mobile Homes

The booklet contains three detachable cards for the homeowner to complete and mail back to the manufacturer. The information includes the name and address of the person who sold the home too as the person who purchased the home. Other necessary information includes an address where the home will be located, identification number for the home and the date of sale. The manual must be placed in a conspicuous location inside the mobile home.

Record of Purchasers

HUD mobile home regulation 3282.211 requires that each mobile home manufacturer place a booklet inside the home with instructions to keep the booklet with the home printed on the outside cover.
