2. Find out who you are competing with: Every business has competitors, and sometimes that can be good thing. But if you try To shatter your competitors it will not bode well. Find out as much as you can about your competitors and how they compete.


3. Make a plan: Is this competition in line with your business plan? Number two rule of business is to stay true to yourself.


4. Have a stopping point: It may seem noble to crush a competitor to the point of closure, but actually it is a PR nightmare waiting to happen. The only way it is good is if it is David taking on Goliath. You should compete, but have the wisdom to know when to stop.


Event normally comes with the caveat, "It's not personal, it's affair," on the other hand sometimes some matters can energy to far. So how engage in you break a choice career without the cut-throat mentality? Conclude you favor it a competition that you must success at all costs, or it is something you can seperate from?
