Avoid Micro Management

Favorable managers bias results and aid to accomplish organizational goals. Government focuses on the organization drudge results rather than idiosyncratic goals. Managers are duty-bound for planning, staffing, organizing, motivating and acceptable guidance. While doing all this, it is exceptional to carry your company chirpy and avoid micro state.

Instructions

1. Act not come from humans enclosing further closely and contemplate everything they create. Whether someone's work needs to be inspected or reviewed once or twice, that is acceptable.4. Delegate work to your employees, and let them show that they are capable of meeting deadlines or leading a project.5.

You should be involved in the big decisions but they should be able to handle the everyday decisions that are specific to their position.

3. Acknowledge and accept errors and mistakes as part of learning. Micromanagers will usually punish or hold someone back from a promotion if they make mistakes.

But if she has successfully done this task before, give her some space.2. Allow your staff and others to make some decisions.

Know these symptoms of micro management: Feeling that you know your staff's work or jobs better than they do, performing most of your staff's tasks, rarely praising staff, being overly critical with staff, arriving and leaving later than staff every day and calling in several times a day when you are out of the office.

6. Notice a lack of interest and motivation from employees or teams. This is a sign of micro management.
